Orvino Max was created from a personal interest in clothing and online shopping, along with a simple observation: many men find it difficult to confidently order formal shirts online because they are unsure about fabric quality, sizing, fit, and overall finishing.
At Orvino Max, we believe that a premium shirt is not defined only by how it looks in a photograph. It is defined by how it feels when you wear it, how it fits throughout the day, how it is constructed, and how well it continues to perform over time.

For us, comfort is the first choice.
We design our clothing with the understanding that many of our customers spend long hours in formal and professional environments. From executives and officers to IT professionals and men who wear white shirts throughout the day, clothing needs to remain comfortable while maintaining a refined appearance.
Our approach combines traditional Indian roots with modern style.
India has a rich clothing culture, and we believe modern dressing does not have to mean leaving those roots behind. Orvino Max explores the balance between traditional values and contemporary style to create clothing for men who appreciate both.
OUR APPROACH TO FABRICS
We are selective about the fabrics we use.
Our shirting fabrics range from 60s count to 200s count, depending on the product and its intended character.
We use selected fabrics from established textile sources, including Tessitura Monti's Supima and Giza cotton fabrics, Siyaram's bamboo fabrics, and Aditya Birla linen fabrics.
Our focus is not simply on using a particular fabric name. It is on selecting fabrics that support the comfort, appearance, hand feel, and purpose of each garment.
CRAFTED IN SMALL QUANTITIES
Orvino Max follows a small-quantity approach rather than mass production.
Our patterns are prepared in 053/25, Pavalam Street, Municipal Colony, Erode, Tamil Nadu, and the garment work is given to skilled tailors who have completed fashion-design education.
This allows us to focus more carefully on construction and finishing instead of producing clothing in large volumes.
We believe that fewer pieces, made with greater attention, can create a more meaningful product.
ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS
The difference in a formal shirt is often found in details that may not be immediately visible.
For our collars and cuffs, we use German-engineered 140 GSM interlining for collars and 80 GSM for plackets according to our construction requirements.
We use genuine mother-of-pearl shell buttons and precision threads for stitching.
Our shirts are constructed with attention to stitching density, with 16 to 18 stitches per inch, and we use vacuum steam ironing as part of our finishing process.
These details are not included simply to make a specification list. They are part of our effort to create shirts with a refined appearance, better structure, and dependable durability.
