Orvino Max is a brand unit of LUNA, owned and operated by Ramasamy Mohan. LUNA is a GST-registered business based in Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India.

ABOUT ORVINO MAX

Orvino Max is an online menswear brand offering premium ready-made formal shirts and traditional apparel through its official website.

We aim to provide accurate product information, a secure online shopping experience, and reliable customer support. However, we reserve the right to update or correct information on our website when necessary.

ELIGIBILITY

1. All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be changed or updated without prior notice.

2. Applicable taxes and other charges, where required, will be displayed during checkout.

3. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Orvino Max reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse an affected order where permitted by applicable law.

ORDERS

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

Orvino Max reserves the right to:

1. Accept or decline an order.

2. Cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

3. Limit the quantity of products purchased by a single customer or household.

4. Request additional information when necessary to verify an order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policy and applicable payment provider procedures.

PAYMENTS

We accept secure online payments through authorized payment service providers, including Razorpay where available.

1. Available payment methods may include UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Free standard shipping applies to all orders across India regardless of the payment method, and no Cash on Delivery handling charges or additional payment fees are applied at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery availability may vary depending on RTO score and the delivery location, order value, and other applicable factors.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Free standard shipping is available on all orders (including COD and Prepaid orders) across India.

2. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, subject to product availability, payment verification, and operational requirements.

3. Delivery timelines may vary depending on: Delivery destination, Courier availability, public holidays, Weather conditions, Natural events, other circumstances beyond our reasonable control Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy. In summary:

1. Eligible return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

2. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. For standard size exchanges or change-of-mind returns on eligible products, Orvino Max will arrange a free reverse pickup at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Orvino Max does not charge any restocking fees for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

5. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. Refund processing may take up to 5 working days after approval, subject to banking and payment provider timelines. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy for complete eligibility and conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our order processing status. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

However, it may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Certain products may become unavailable without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Orvino Max website, including but not limited to logos, product images, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Orvino Max or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from our website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvino Max shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where legally permitted, our maximum liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or order giving rise to the claim.
